Taxes and Duties
All sales within the EU are subject to VAT, except for potential business customers who need to provide their VAT number.
Sales to the United Kingdom are treated as sales outside the EU and are not subject to VAT. However, VAT is applied to sales to Northern Ireland.
Sales outside the EU are exempt from VAT, but there may be regional and local rules regarding taxes and import duties that may apply, which are beyond our control.
Shipping and Returns
Goods are typically shipped within 1 to 2 days after the order is placed. Once the item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
All orders exceeding $100 excluding VAT are eligible for free worldwide shipping.
Return Policy
Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of receiving the item. You must use the same packaging and ensure that the item is as well protected as when it was delivered to you. The buyer is responsible
for the return costs and must include the order confirmation.
Once we have received and inspected the item, a refund will be issued within 14 days.
Damaged Goods
Sometimes postal handling can be a bit careless, and some of our statues are fragile. However, we do our best to prevent damage during transport. If any damage occurs during shipping, please notify us within seven days by contacting anders[at]ranrikeproduction.se.
Damaged goods should be returned to us after initial agreement. Once the damage is approved, you will receive a refund or, if preferred, an equivalent product.
Please note that all our products are handmade, so minor variations from the store’s images are not considered defective items.
