Description
Frigga, whose name means “The Beloved One,” truly says it all. While not as many as her husband Odin, she is known by more than forty names.
Frigga is all-seeing and all-knowing, just like Odin, but she is selective about what she reveals and to whom. Essentially, she is the Earth Goddess, often worshiped near water, and resides in Fensalir, meaning “The Hall in the Marshlands.”
I have depicted her as a pregnant woman, symbolizing fertility and creation, while also holding the Earth in her hands. The runes on the base spell “Friga.”
Prayers to Frigga are most effective when done by lakes or springs, where her connection to water and the earth is strongest.
This magnificent ritual item is handmade in Sweden, cast in acrylic resin, and painted in multiple layers to mimic the appearance of aged bronze. Each statue is hand-painted, so slight variations in color may occur, making each piece unique.
The statues are waterproof and non-toxic, so you can safely polish your mead on the statue.
The design and creation are entirely my own, blending ancient inspiration with modern craftsmanship.
